For one time fees and yearly billing, fees are due and payable upon signing of agreement. For monthly billing, one time charges, first and twelfth month fees are due upon signing. Monthly invoices are due at the beginning of second through eleventh month.
Fees may be paid by pay order or telegraphic transfer. Payment instrument must be drawn in US Dollars.
For management services and registered agent services, an indemnity bond is required prior to commencement of services.
Client will sign a service agreement for all services except initial company setup. Service agreement will renew automatically each anniversary date.
